Position Reports

A report that defines the current position of the business is categorized as Position Report. Following reports are placed in this category:

 

  1. Aged Payable
  2. Aged Receivable
  3. Balance Sheet

Aged Payable

Aged Payable report allows you to view the balances you owe to your vendors for supplies, inventory, and services your company receives. That is this report gives you an overview of the bills still due or are overdue for payment.


To view the report:

 

1. Click Reports.

 

 

 

2. Go to Position Reports and click Aged Payable.

 

 

3. You will be directed to Aged Payable detailed report of the current month.

Please note

  • The data is clickable. If you need to see the details of a particular amount, simply click the amount and get the details.

 

 

 

4. You can export and save the information to an excel sheet by clicking Export to Excel.

 

 

 

 

Aged Receivable

Aged Receivable is a report that lists customer invoices that are still outstanding. It also reports any unused credit memos.


To view the report:

 

1. Click Reports.

 

 

 

2. Go to Position Reports and click Aged Receivable.

 

 

 

3. You will be directed to Aged Receivable detailed report of the current month.

Please note

  • The data is clickable. If you need to see the details of a particular amount, simply click the amount and get the details.

 

 

 

4. You can export and save the information to an excel sheet by clicking Export to Excel.

 

 

 

 

Balance Sheet

The Balance Sheet is one of the major financial statements used by an accountant and a business owner. It is a statement that shows the financial position of a business by listing the assets, liabilities, and equity at a particular time.


Formula for Balance Sheet is Assets = Equity + Liability

 

To view the report follow the following steps:

 

1. Click Reports.

 

 

 

2. Go to Position Reports and click Balance Sheet.

 

 

3. It will open Balance Sheet detailed report of the current month.

Please note

  • The data is clickable. If you need to see the details of a particular amount, simply click the amount and get the details.
  • You can change Compare To and Compare Periods to get more detailed and comparable report.

         

 

 

4. You can export and save the information to an excel sheet by clicking Export to Excel.
