Add Bank Account

Adding a Bank Account, Credit Card Account or a PayPal Account is very simple. Since it's a very sensitive and important information, take extra precaution while putting in the information and double check before saving it.

 

1. Go to Accounts and click Bank Accounts.

 

 

 

2. Click Add Bank Account/ Credit Card/ PayPal/ Stripe as shown in the right menu. Choose the one you are adding.

 

 

 

3. Depending upon your selection, fill in the required fields.

 

 

 

Adding Bank Account

  • Select the Bank Name. This is the name of the bank where you have the account.

Please note If you do not see the name of your bank in the list, you can add the bank name by typing in.

 

  • Add the Account Name. This is basically display name on the bank account list. This is how it will appear on the Bank Accounts dashboard.

 

  • Add COA Code if you want to. This is not a mandatory field and you can leave it blank.

 

  • Add the Account Number. This is a mandatory field that will eventually help you link to the bank and reconcile the bank accounts when ready.

 

  • Input Description if any.

 

  • Verify the information and click Save.

 

 

 

 

 

Adding Credit Card Account

  • Select the Bank Name.

Please note If you do not see the name of your bank in the list, you can add the bank name by typing in.

 

  • Add the Account Name. This is basically display name on the bank account list. This is how it will appear on the Bank Accounts dashboard.

 

  • Add COA Code if you want to. This is not a mandatory field and you can leave it blank.

 

  • Add Last 4 Digits of CC Number only.

 

  • Input Description if any.

 

  • Verify the information and click Save.

 

 

 

 

 

Adding PayPal Account

  • Select the Bank Name. This is the name of the bank where you have the account.

Please note If you do not see the name of your bank in the list, you can add the bank name by typing in.

 

  • Add the Account Name. This is basically display name on the bank account list. This is how it will appear on the Bank Accounts dashboard.

 

  • Add COA Code. This is not a mandatory field and you can leave it blank.

 

  • Add Email Address to which the PayPal account is linked to.

 

  • Input Description if any.

 

  • Verify the information and click Save.

Adding Stripe Account

  • Bank Name will show Stripe by default.

 

  • Add the Account Name. This is basically display name on the bank account list. This is how it will appear on the Bank Accounts dashboard.

 

  • Add COA Code if you want to. This is not a mandatory field and you can leave it blank.

 

  • Add Email Address to which the PayPal account is linked to.

 

  • Input Description if any.

 

  • Verify the information and click Save.

Please Note 

  • If you do not see a Bank Name in the list, you can still add it in. Simply type in the bank name and it will be automatically saved.
  • Account Name is the name as it will be displayed on Bank Accounts Dashboard.
  • COA Code is an optional field.
  • Save & Add New will let you add another account without making you go to the main page.
  • You can Edit the bank information anytime at account's dashboard.
  • An account can not be deleted once the transaction occurs in that particular account.
