Transaction Formats

You can customize the invoice format as you need and as many as you want.

 

 

1. Go to Company.

2. Click Transaction Formats.

3. Click Add New.

Now you are ready to customize the invoice template. Any changes you make in the fields when customizing the design will be visible the right pane.

 

Step 1

 

1. Give a Template Name.

 

2. Select the Template.

 

3. Select the Logo as to appear on the invoice.

 

4. Select the Size of the logo.

 

4. Select the Size and Family of the Font.

 

5. Click Next.

Step 2

This step has 3 parts:

  1. Header
  2. Table
  3. Footer

 

You select the section and add or edit the changes as you need.

 

Header

Header displays your mailing address.

Table

The Table will display the invoice details. You can select and edit what you want to display on the invoice.

Footer

You can select and add the text to whichever field you choose. If you have any document, like a contract or terms & conditions, that needs to go with each invoice, you can add that as an attachment.

Once all the information is in as per your requirement, click Save.

 

You can Preview the invoice at any time to see how an actual invoice may look like.
